A Visit to the Minnesota Supreme Court: State v. Bernard

On September 4th, 2014 a member of the Caplan & Tamburino Law Firm, P.A. will be at the Minnesota Supreme Court to hear the oral arguments in the case State v. Bernard. This case will attempt to resolve whether Minnesota's test refusal law is constitutional. The outcome of this case could have far reaching effects on the DWI laws within Minnesota.
