Joe Tamburino and Charles Clas Obtain Case Dismissal for Client Accused of Child Endangerment

Attorneys Joe Tamburino and Charles Clas were able to dismiss charges of a client who came to the firm to combat child endangerment charges. The law defines child endangerment as intentionally putting any individual under the age of 14 in harm’s way, and can includes penalties of up to one year imprisonment and fines up to $3, 000.

In 2013, the client was accused of the charges in Carlton County, and denied any involvement or culpability for the allegations made against him.

Over the course of two years, our Minnesota criminal defense lawyers fought tooth and nail in defense of the client, when the case ended on March 26, 2015—all charges dismissed.

On behalf of the entire team at Caplan & Tamburino Law Firm, P.A., we are happy with the results, as is our client, as we are happy we were able to obtain a favorable solution.
