Back to school checklist for many students this year, may also include needing to sign an informed consent agreement before arriving on campus. The consent agreements often include a list of policies and protocols students will need to follow while back on campus. By signing, students are saying they'll assume the risks associated with being on campus, including the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
